Any item that you don’t love can be exchanged or refunded within 60 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. It’s that easy!

EXCLUSIONS: Hats, gaiters, underwear, swimwear without hygienic liners, pet apparel, pet accessories, sunglasses without all original packaging & accessories, and all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

We inspect all returned product using the guidelines above for exchange or refund eligibility and reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that we deem ineligible.

We deduct $9.99 for shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. Customers selecting an exchange will receive a courtesy return label.

How long will it take gregorymendez to process my returned / exchanged item?

It can take up to 14 business days for your return / exchange package to be received at our facility and the exchange or refund processed.

We will send a confirmation email when we process the refund. Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment used for an order. Your financial institution may take an estimated 2-5 days to post your refund.

Exchanges are shipped 1-2 business days following processing. Standard shipping times apply.
